Tips and Tricks 3

this is an extention of investment tips of tips and tricks number 1.

We all know that we buy in 10`s now as much as possible, but there is more.

1.If you dont have the investment tool"prestions accounting sheet" .. you haven`t talked to Anthony Ackland in our chat area!!! big mistake. If you haven`t dont this stop here and go do it now !!!
2.once we have the tool we need to "monkey" around with it and run back and ask more questions of Anthony . this done now we always buy our "properties" in 10´s for investment purposes, and buy our "developements" as we can afford . This is a little difficult to understand at first but you will get it.

lets get dirty with an example:

when we first started we bought 1 vancant lot, 1 restraunt. (based on investments alone, not attacks, bounties, etc ) we would do this roughly 3 more times then we could buy our first 10 vacant lots the sheet will then show us you need to buy 10 disco`s :0 .. omg that will take 2 months at 3 thou per hours. what we do is hang on to our 10 vacants lots, use this shown income on the sheet as "banked money" on the sheet and calculate what the time is going to be to get your next "1" disco @21 000. .. we buy the 1, then go back buy our 10 vacant lots and see what our next best buy will be. We continue this process. untill the time venture is more human . that means I shouldnt be waiting over 2 weeks for my next "best buys"... the sheet as you get higher in income shows you 2 options .. the 2nd option(lower arrow) is the next best step if the 1st option is going to take too long either in 10`s 5`s or 1`s depending on the venture.
a final note to this is, when you get up to your first casio, you will notice that the "starting" process is all over again. but always remember buy this time you should have a full list of "property" in 10`s sitting in the "bank".
